Purchases through the online store are processed via SwipeHQ credit card payments. Enter your credit card details when completing the order and you will be charged to the value of your purchase in New Zealand dollars.
Payment is also available via bank transfer for New Zealand customers.
All domestic parcels are sent by New Zealand Courier Post. Parcels are sent using the standard courier option. No resposibility can be taken for lost or stolen parcels unless you choose to upgrade to signature requied at an additional cost.
International shipping is done through the New Zealand post air mail service.This is the cheapest service from New Zealand. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. Where possible postage can be combined.
Items are sent snuggly wrapped in a bubble wrap.
Please note no responsibility can be taken for lost parcels via air mail. This is due to the parcel changing postal services on its journey to its destination. Postal insurance is available on request. International courier service is also available if you wish but at additional cost.
All custom orders will be given a time frame for completion, this is dependant on the number of orders already held. All custom orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit to be paid.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days following payment. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically, or 3 weeks internationally.
